  • During busy periods, new collection launches, or holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Delivery Times & Costs

We ship from London, UK. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and the method chosen at checkout.

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual times may vary depending on your carrier and location.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country.
  • These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Leftie Studio has no control over such charges.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
  • If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@leftiestudio.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Some items may be created or printed especially for you. These will have longer processing times noted on the product page.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship worldwide, but there may be restrictions for certain products or countries. If your order cannot be shipped, we’ll notify you promptly and provide a refund.
