Leftie Studio Returns & Refunds Policy
At Leftie Studio, we want every piece you receive to bring peace, beauty, and encouragement into your space. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind about a purchase, you have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you’d like to return it.
- You then have another 14 days to send it back.
- Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s), using your original payment method.
- You will need to cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Exclusions: Certain items cannot be returned for change of mind, including:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund if your goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at hello@leftiestudio.com with your order number, details, and photos.
- We will offer you a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
- For approved claims, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
How to Return an Item
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and address. Please use a trackable service — we can’t take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
